Wee Baby Woolens

Almost as soon as I found out that we were expecting our 5th baby, I began dreaming up the knits he'd be dressed in this fall.  Wool is so warm, so snug, and so perfect for the long Michigan winter.  I imagined a baby dressed head to toe, snuggly warm.

The vest was actually knit for Jonah.  The longies feature "grow with me" cuffs to maximize time spent in them for my fast grower.  And the little hat is perfect for keeping his ears under wraps when out and about.  Longies and vest both knit with yummy soft 3ply uruguay merino by Purewool; hat is knit with an unknown brand of merino I found living in my stash.

You might say he's my dream come true.
