{Yarn Along} Milo

Today I thought I'd join in with all the lovely ladies participating in Small Thing's Yarn Along.  Every Wednesday the Yarn Along ladies post the projects they are working on as well as the books they are reading.  Its a great way to see what people are up to (and get some good book ideas too!).

I've been working on a little vest for Peter in the "Milo" Pattern.  I am really enjoying this little knit!  I am using Purewool in a semi-solid green, and I think I may have enough to make a matching vest for Jonah as well - perfect for keeping warm during Michigan's long Springtime.

I've been reading an advance copy of Holly Gerth's "You're Already Amazing" and enjoying it very much (official review to come!)

  3. Amanda - it looks to be a great jumping off point for a little dress as well! I may attempt one for a friend's little miss once I'm done with the vests. Enjoy that little one!

  7. I like the yarn color you're using - it's a very new leaf spring green isn't it? Perfect for a new, small person. :)

  11. Such a wonderful green - reminds of the sea (even if it's not blue) or perhaps I'm just pining for springtime.
