Well, since I don't have any tiny babies, and also because I'm greedy and self-centered, I like the apron best (that bib would never fit me).
ReplyDeleteI love weewhimsicals aprons, esp this chicken fabric. I know her thru Instagram
ReplyDeleteI love the stuffed bunnies. They are beautiful!
ReplyDeleteWon't overlook the cook with an apron of that color!

ReplyDeleteI am a newer subscriber, and I love your blog. The posts are wonderful, and the photography is beautiful. Thanks for the giveaway.
ReplyDeleteSo many lovely things. but I have to say the aprons are my favorite.
ReplyDeleteI just stumbled across your blog...such an inspiration! It is always nice to to find other mamas of like mind. I live in the Northeast (although, I was born in Michigan) on a farm, with 10 children. November has never been my favorite month either as winters are long here too. Thank you for the lovely reminder to remain content.
ReplyDeleteI just love the print for this apron! Thanks for introducing me to this great company!
ReplyDeleteWee whimsicals are adorable and just my style!
ReplyDeleteAs a mother of ten, I need to periodically remind myself to take a breath and focus on the important things. Thank you for your mindful mothering post today.
ReplyDeleteI love the Hobo totebag!
ReplyDeleteOh, this is such a hard one for me. Because it's just Constant. The kids, the phone, when the kids go to bed, the hubby wants me, when they are all gone - the phone beeps of incoming texts from friends. my mom. Because they know I am not alone, so it's a good time (for them) to reach me. the lady at the church who needs the Sunday School details Right Now. It's all day long. when I eat, when I cook dinner, when I clean, when I take a bath, when I try to fit in some exercise......someone always intrudes needing me. And I want to serve them all... I do. It's just so overwhelming at times. But it does make those rare moments of actual peace and solitude all the more sweet; that's for sure.
ReplyDeleteBut I never want to give too much importance to the "glorification of busyness" as I call it. Many times my attention is being clamored for: it is actually something the person can do themselves. they just want mom to do it. I want to find ways of bringing less interruption into my life AND more grace and patience to be able to deal with the necessary ones.
That might be a tall order.... LOL.
I think my favorite thing is the wool nesting and stacking boxes, my daughter would love playing with them. Super cute things!
